Managed Service Agreements include a predetermined amount of labor hours and remote data backup space. These amounts are calculated based on the number of workstations and servers on the network. Depending on the needs of your business, a Managed Service Agreement can be tailored your meet your business’s specific needs.

  • Attended Remote Support – We are able to log into your computer and fix most problems without you having to wait for a technician to arrive on-site.
  • Onsite Service – We will come to you for all issues that can’t be resolved remotely and for hardware relocations, hardware deliveries, and installations.
  • In-Store Service – If it can’t be fixed remotely or onsite, we bring your hardware back to our office to repair and/or replacement of malfunctioning hardware and software.
  • Hosting and Email Service – Drop those individual g-mail, hotmail, and yahoo e-mail accounts  and implement business wide e-mail with a custom domain address to bring legitimacy to your business.
  • Managed Remote Data Backup – Receive discounted remote data backup service as a managed service client.  Remote data backup ensures that your business will never lose money or productivity due to lost data.
  • Included Labor Hours Per Quarter – Get the benefit of spreading out your allocated hours over a 3 month period instead of month to month.  This allows you the freedom of using all of your hours at one time or spreading them out evenly over a 3 month period.
  • Server Management – We take care of anti-spam and anti-virus installation, mail server maintenance, critical patches to the operating system and web server, security updates to software, software updates and upgrades, and backup and restoration.
  • Desktop Management – We ensure that your programs and software are installed and up to date, that printers and other device are installed properly, and that the business’s security setting are active.
