Break / Fix Contracts

Break / Fix Contracts are designed for networks with less than 12 total devices.  Devices include all business desktops, workstations, laptops, tablets, and servers.  This contract type is reactive instead of proactive since there is no network management or ongoing monitoring and maintenance included.  A Break / Fix Contract provides ongoing IT service when you need it, as you request it.

  • 4 Hour Priority Response
  • Unattended Remote Support
  • Attended Remote Support
  • In-store Service
  • Onsite Service
  • 2 hours Included Labor Hours per Quarter
